Privacy Policy
We will always respect the privacy of our customers. At no time will your personal information be given, sold or otherwise transferred to another individual or company.

Billing information is encrypted whenever transmitted or received online. Personal information is accessible only by staff or volunteers designated to handle online complaints or requests. All A-Tec staff and contractors with access to personal information obtained on the A-Tec web site are also bound to adhere to this policy.

Personal Information that A-Tec May Collect Online:
A-Tec collects the following types of personal information: names, postal and e-mail addresses, contact information, billing information and order history.

A-Tec does not collect or maintain information from those actually known to be under the age of 13, and no part of our site is structured to attract anyone under the age of 13.

How A-Tec Uses Personal Information Collected Online:

Our web sites are not set up to track, collect or distribute personal information not entered by visitors. Our site logs do generate certain kinds of non-identifying site usage data. This information is used for internal purposes by technical support staff to provide better services to the public and may also be provided to others, but again, the statistics contain no personal information and cannot be used to gather such information.

Return Policy
Due to the custom nature of our business, we cannot accept any returns on vinyl decals, lettering, or graphics, including typographic or measurement errors on the customers part.

Minimum Order:
Due to expenses associated with order processing, we have a $5.00 minimum on all online orders (not including shipping).

Terms of Service:
These Terms of Use (the "Agreement") describe the terms and conditions under which Atec Signs & Graphics offers Internet Purchasing services. By completing an online transaction and/or purchase, you accept these Terms of Use and agree to be legally bound by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. We may automatically amend this Agreement at any time by informing you of the amended terms via email to an email address you provide to us. We may terminate this Agreement immediately for any reason.

Private and / or Secure communications to third party Credit Card Processing Agents are deamed acceptable when providing personal or business Credit Card information. Further, we can disclose any information about you or private communications by you to law enforcement or other government officials, as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate.

WE PROVIDE OUR SERVICES "AS IS" AND WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF TITLE, NONINFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. You understand that our services may be unavailable for extended periods of time, and we do not warrant or ensure the continuous availability of our services. Some states do not allow the disclaimer of implied warranties, so the foregoing disclaimer may not apply to you.

IN NO EVENT SHALL ATEC SIGNS & GRAPHICS AND/OR ANY SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOST PROFITS OR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (HOWEVER ARISING, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH OUR COMPANY OR THIS AGREEMENT.

Some states do not allow the foregoing limitations of liability, so they may not apply to you.

The services hereunder are offered by Atec Signs & Graphics, located in Columbus, OH. This Agreement is governed in all respects by the laws of the State of Ohio. Both parties submit to personal jurisdiction in State of Ohio and further agree that any cause of action relating to this Agreement shall be brought in a court in Columbus, OH. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. Our failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches. We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting directly or indirectly from any causes beyond our control. You consent to us sending you emails, as we deem necessary and provide you with an "opt out" option to remove your email address from our mail list. This Agreement sets forth the entire understanding and agreement between us with respect to the subject matter hereof.

Warranties:
We use only the highest quality materials for our decals and graphics. All of our vinyl has a manufacturers warranty against material defects. Outdoor life is 5 to 7 years under standard conditions.
